Don't schedule them then cancel less than a week before the project...that is food off their table.Clear Communication - don't assume anything.

As a transplant I often rave about the great food here, with the exception of Italian. 

Is it as simple as looking for new restaurants, Starbucks, whole foods, etc. in the area or is should I be looking at more hard data (unemployment, income, etc.).

David - yes, I suspect that agrihoods will continue to fill an interesting real estate niche as there are a lot of very interesting development opportunities that cater to a wide variety of potential customer segments from tiny home enthusiasts all the way to more retirement-age types.

They need to shop for surplus lines type of insurance but most food independent brokers can help you.

It would be great to see Networth eat their own dog food and show us how it's done.  

I was just curious if anyone was successful catering to that group.
