I built my portfolio from 2019-2021 and then moved back to California.There are a lot of great spots in Detroit but you do need to be careful.

well i get it.. however if you do a lease option with non refundable option money up front and they fail to perform your done.. kepe the money and resell.. if this is the pac nor west things are still moving briskly for development ground..

Once, we move out of our unit, we have the flexibility to rent both as MTR or do a blend of other methods. 

As of right now me, my partner , and one other person is moving in but, I need to find a way to fill in the other 2 bedrooms.

A couple moved in 3 months back, they had some personal issues and apparently have moved out without informing.

With my main goal being to house hack a 3-4 unit through owner occupancy then eventually moving out and renting my unit with naca it may take some years to pay off the mortgage.

I didn't move forward with OCF after all. 

The home has been rented out since we moved for over a decade.
