Hey Jake,Thank you,I’m focusing my strategy on Airbnb rentals.It seems like you can make way more daily income using that approach from what I’ve experienced than putting in a long term rental tenant, and don’t hear it discussed much on here.Looking at cities such as Atlanta, Nashville, Columbus, and St Louis that appear to have high occupancy rates from tourists and affordable condos buying inside the city center with low HOAs.
