At the same time, the neighborhood was near two major universities and central to 3 major hospitals so that we could tap into multiple short term rental markets ranging from tourists to traveling medical professionals to student housing.

When we run across a low score, we put it in some sort of context like student loan debt or medical debt.

About 7-8 years ago I was looking at a house in that area and I called a cousin of mine who was a fireman/medic for Tarrent city.

Most of those cases resulted in warnings/cease and desist type responses but hefty fines have been levied in some cases.

We got an attorney involved and we were able to work something out with the city to where they would let us install a new water tap and run the new line through the "access easement;" however, as soon as the neighbor found out, she got her attorney involved and demanded we cease any efforts to install a water line declaring that the "access easement" did not give us any right to install a water line.
