Hi @Shuvrajit Mukherjee - More than likely like others pointed out - it will be hard to get conventional commercial multi-family...I have a list of some solid Chicago commercial lenders that I could share with you.You could also find something in your price range in some C/D areas with 10-12 units.Living in a unit is only going to help you if you do 4 units or less...anything 5+ there is no value in being an owner-occupant.
