As you mentioned, after landlord completes their end of application, the Neighborly app sends a link to the tenant.

Someone recommended the "Meetup" app as well.

Last, I'm using an app called thumbtack to find a surveyor. 

It's an event of serendipity for me since just yesterday, I was researching an app called InsideMaps because I ran across a job ad in Houston for new photographers who wanted to learn this tool and provide their company with the photos.

I am part of a community app that posts peoples messages, inquires about contractors, marketplace sales, etc.

I've tested a few apps & none of them are that great & have completely different results, as I'm searching primarily for multi-family properties.

Now, I’m not a real estate agent nor have access to other programs than the generic real estate apps like (Zillow or RedFin etc).

I've already signed up for the BankProspector training and app from distressedpro.com and assigned one of my team members to specifically work on building relationships with banks. 

I'm interested in the different driving for dollars apps too but I've just been too busy to really look into them.
