I cannot wait to buy to avoid these web of lies here OMG!

I moved to Maine 2 weeks ago and I put my house for sale, which I had for 2 years in Westchester, NY with lots of traffic but no offers.

There are two little used web sites for upcoming deals if you have cash or access to someone who does.

hello, I am relatively new to investing but I have lived in DFW area my entire life and I will say that generally I stay away from places like south Dallas and most of Mesquite because of the crime rate, me personally I hate traffic with only one major highway leading in or out so I also don't care for Arlington.

Web page sits there and spins for as long as I care to wait. 

On a single web page, my ad was totally truncated to like three sentences, and pushed to one side, to make space for a "sponsored ad". 

I have been scouring these forums and the web trying to find a creative way to finance a multi-family without having to put so much money down.
