., etc.In other words, it's not really possible to give you much of an answer to your question without knowing more information...If you post the relevant details, then folks here will definitely help you out.  ...in addition to describing some of the details I mentioned above, I'd suggest posting a financial model of the type of property you're considering (including downpayment, rate, mortgage payment, rent income, and all other relevant income and expenses)....if you're not yet sure about those details, then I'd suggest studying up on real estate--listen to BP podcasts, read articles, study the forums, watch YouTube videos, maybe even buy a book on the particular investing strategy you're interested in (since you're a beginner, I'd highly recommend reading up on house hacking).

Now I can say I’ve almost come full circle.During lock down last year I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos and stumbled across an Australian (Lindsay Stewart) who was acquiring US properties remotely.I have been investing in property since 2007 but had never had anyone walk me through the process of how to successfully invest remotely.After months of due diligence I acquired a property in Roseville, MI from (having never been to that state let alone that city).I was able to buy it deeply discounted, with a tenant in place only doing minimum delayed maintenance items - 500 spent.The asset is generating a 10.2% net yield and once I carry out a cosmetic renovation that will increase to 16.2% net yield!

I will just watch it and see how it goes.I found out she's 79 so I'm almost certain she's attached to the house.
