Its More interesting then washing clothes. :-)

My goal is for all my properties to wash out on my taxes.

Here are some more details:4500 sq ft. total. (1125 per unit)parking lot / community wash and dryer roomGC to get permits, material, all things that apply to building the structure.2 bed 2 bath.I want to buy an acre of land and put it up as collateral for a construction loan.

With the small dishwasher, the it would fill quicker resulting in dishes being washed more often. 

I would think that potential extra income from in-unit wash/dryer along with ease of renting both units as stated previously would be best. 

I agree, it's $200 bucks it's a wash, get her out of there.  

It took 3 months to finish and get tenants in there when we could have paid a professional and had it done in 1 month, the costs would have washed and we wouldn't have stretched ourselves (timewise) to thin.

He said his problem was he had about half a dozen clients he does audits for back then, and he has to subscribe to certain services, a few hundred a year, maybe a thousand.

Then the cry was he couldn't afford any rent (I hadn't even mentioned an amount) because he was on disability. 

So if the extra room rents 8 out of 12 months the rest of the year is a wash.
