So the local tenant base might be used to that lease structure over NNN.You mention fill the last vacancy.There is a HUGE difference if the last vacancy is 2,000 sq ft out of a 50,000 sq ft building and they are the only ones demanding that provision versus your last space is a 15,000 sq ft space to fill.
