Any good professional should have an auto reply if they are truly not available for business for an extended period of time.Document all Q&A, anticipated dates, etc in email even as a follow up to a phone call.Pay for the extended rate lock.

But I would think that most legitimate folks could easily show the time they spent by transactions/auto travel logs alone, even without a separate "work log".

Pretty low overall… but so are auto accidents and you see then every day.  

I've learned a lot about my tenants just by watching the Cozy portal - i.e. who sets up all their payments on auto pay, who seems to be on the edge so has to do it manually every month, who pays 5 days early, who pays on the very last possible day, etc.

It’s all done electronically and auto-dispatched with a plumber on 24/7 to fix the issue.
