I've decided to purchase all cash with my own funds (HELOC currently at 5%, about to go 4.5% if what everybody's saying about the Fed's next move is true).I will definitely ask the escrow company (is that the same as the title co.?)

this is actually an interesting topic bc parts of it are true, while others are false. example, this number does work to block your number from solicitors (cell or landline). but, solicitors should never have your cell phone number in the first place bc their isnt a 411 for cell phones (yet).

(i.e. they let you come look at the place but once you put the deposit down it's non-refundable, unlike when you buy directly from the bank)David I was always under the impression that the wholesaler gets an inspection period from the bank (of course), but the end buyer does NOT get a true inspection period from the wholesaler (i.e the end buyer is not able pay an earnest money deposit to the wholesaler, keep the property tied up for five (or whatever) days and then back out on the last day and get the earnest money back).

i got a credit card that offer me bet 10-25k loan (unsecure personal loan ) at 7% interest rate to pay back for a period bet 4 to 6 years.
