I definitely want to use financial freedom as a way to travel more and my goal is to have all my expenses paid for by cash flowing assets per month by 25 so I can travel and enjoy life, not necessarily retire because I have an entrepreneurial mindset and I don’t think I will ever be able to stop creating new ideas and act on them lol, thank you for the advice!

My work allows me to travel consistently and I would like to listen to them via Audio.

I'll do owner-occupy but I will actually live in my RV on the property, and will also travel some.

I have a small son that makes traveling to other places for RE difficult but not impossible.  

- Hired a Uhall and traveled about two hours to pick them up, got there and they had not been taken out with a lot of care, long story short I renegotiated the price and purchased them.Over the next two weeks I stripped them down, decreased, sanded, primer, sanded again!

There seems to be a lot of transient professions in our area (travel, nursing, tech industry, etc.)

One unit took a hit in the early days due to lack of travel, while the other is subject to the moratorium on evictions. 

Less leisure time to travel and majority of 2nd home buyers either having a tighter wallet due to Covid or avoiding the purchase until cases reduce. 

On a couple deals I brought partners in out of necessity (financially) and on a couple I brought in friends (no financial necessity) with the hope I could have someone with "skin in the game" who could be relied on to manage while I'm traveling.

Lending stops, at once, so buying stops, at once, so building stops, at once, so tools buying and material buying stops, and like a tsunami of stopping travels so does the world come to an abrupt halt.
