The inspector, a former firefighter and totally unqualified in this role, was convinced that smoke traveled DOWN the stairs, into the basement, forward 8 feet and then made a 90 degree turn to the right, then went forward 10 more feet before turning right again and then traveled another 8 feet or so to get to the electric panel.

I am looking to do some syndication and would like to create a management company that pays the costs to research and search out properties, pays for travel, etc and then instead of me personally getting the finders fee the company would be paid to cover the expenses.

Banks here, a few, having travel agencies, insurance, trust account/companies and stock brokerages, and many are in commercial leasing of bank owned properties (bank building having other offices or stores in the same building).Another matter, we are not having any issues with paying off notes held by an LLC, one was refied in April. :)
