I'm having difficulty finding good deals on the MLS for multifamily homes.

Thermo-break technology has come a long way in recent years and you can expect much more life and "ease of maintenance" by going with a more commercial construction.

I just graduated in December 2015 and got my BA in Automtive Technology.

My past experience is in information technology and finally into a long time passion putting my artistic creativity to work. 

I'm having much difficulty finding investor friendly agents, finding non MLS properties.  

I feel like there must be a company that makes an app or technology for smart phones where someone (like UPS or FedEx) can call you and you can unlock an entry door from a distance.Much thanks!

As for the difficulty in lending to the LLC, that is true, from what I hear.  

I've got plenty of business in the states I'm already in anyways.Another state I've come across that is slightly more difficult, is North Carolina.
