I'm considering going back to school to enhance my knowledge of real estate/finance and I'm wondering if the LLC route would legally by-pass Dodd-Frank for small business investors?

I work at Yale, so I've been able to build a fairly steady stream of renters in New Haven from the professional schools (Medicine, Law) grad schools (Management, Drama, Divinty) and hospitals related to the University. 

I graduated high school up in Sandpoint and own a property up there.  

The neighborhood is a nice small area very close to schools, grocery stores, and a main road to drive to Colorado Springs.  

So like most other people here, I want to meet people, learn, and make real estate my full time career.My wife is a few days away from getting her real estate license- something she's thought about doing since graduating high school (I won't say how long ago in case she ever joins BP and reads this).  

I have been fortunate to work for good schools with teachers who value English education.  

Fundamentals of real estate are those aspects taught in state approved schools for those seeking a license, that type of education is non-existent here but there are comments in forums to that you may pick up,  if you recognize them.

Lease was for $1400 per month.top of the line school district, middle of the line neighborhood for the area due to less amenities.  

However, I 've bought 2 houses that way and I actually just had a promising call yesterday when I called one waiting to pick my daughter up from school. 

I like good school districts.
