That said, VA is generally pretty quick, and I think they even have a rule that once the appraiser does the appraisal, they have to get it submitted within 24 hours...but not sure what the limits are on the front end of the appraisal (if any).Your lender should be able to tell you if this is normal or not, and should have an escalation plan if things are getting out of hand.
