This technology has been around for a couple years now, but coronavirus has given the mass population an excuse to finally put this home style working life into the main screen.

They would also advise on other products I can utilize to help me achieve my financial/larger lifetime goals (such as insurance policies, annuities, products that offer guaranteed lifetime income, etc.)

I plan on house hacking, have no kids and im a single man just trying to achieve financial freedom.

My questions to those who have achieved this level of success are:Why did you choose to stick with single family homes?

Its always struck me as a traditional Pittsburgh area neighborhood where a lot of owners still take pride in these old style brick houses but there's a decent rental inventory that's a little more reasonably priced, plus I work in Washington County so it makes a little more sense for a primary residence. 

Hopefully for Texas sake they will leave their voting style behind .Also remember why they left Cali in the first place.

@Arta Montero Multifamily is on fire in lots of places especially suburbs, garden style apartments, row housing-not inner city high rises.
