Unfortunately if the previous owner also fights back during this process it could be very expensive (since a quiet action title is actually a lawsuit).

Yes, there can be external reasons - like a stinky factory next door - but mostly it is because bad landlords or property owners fail to maintain their structures and fail to enforce leases and rules.

While we made sure that there was no structural damage in the property with a very in depth inspection; there was a lot of cosmetic issues with the properties curb appeal that was greatly dragging down the properties value.

How do you structure your leases regarding tenant - landlord responsibilities? 

Ideally, we want the entire process to be managed locally to Hawaii to maintain authenticity and manage logistics effectively (stamps from Hawaii and not the mainland).Unfortunately, I haven't found a local company on the Big Island that offers these services.

I would walk thru the purchase process in Norway and see if you can do a quick resale and also make sure it is legal or you can’t be sued for tying up the property from the owners selling.  

Second, the renovation/construction budget is usually structured on a draw schedule, where the funds are held in escrow and released as work is committed.

I’m wondering how I should go about starting this whole process?

It cost more and takes more time for housekeeping to clean when there are extra people.I can't see that my bookings have increased whatsoever and as a traveler that booked a house through VRBO/Evolve last year, I found the booking process to be a little cumbersome. 

I know it is a ton of information to process and I have been going over this 5 times a day in my head.
