In the DC and surrounding M/V areas the deals are pretty strong, I see a lot of what's happening in Baltimore to be a different story since that market isn't as strong as the MD areas closer to DC.Where would you say the dividing line is in MD where property values will be affected the most in a downturn?

On of my partners in PDX ( we do deals together) I fund he finds them ... he has a partner in KC and they own 150 of these .. but his partner runs it.. does everything.. they tried to buy some in low end areas of memphis and got screwed over by management.. manager said their 8 homes were vacant .. they finally went over there and found all of them were rented and the manager was stealing the money LOL

Deanna, We are kinda big compared to most mom and pop investors, there are 4 owners in Colorado (Steve G, Steve W, Manny, and Me) and then we have a Partner/Project Manager in each of our markets.
