BP Community,For the past four (4) months I've been reading about all your success stories and chomping at the bit to officially become a real estate investor and landlord of my own property.

Long story short be creative and go find off market properties to wholesale, anyone can try to wholesale a HUD home but none are ever very successful with it. 

On a $10,000 tax bill, your interest would be less than $5 if paid within 60 days of the due date.Moral of the story.  

It's important to ask for the fully story.  

Homes spent seven more days on the market this year than last, at 50 days on the market.

This is has been horrible story for us...This horrible tenant had finally moved out, found out later from the neighbor he is under warrant arrest by the police the last 2 weeks before he is moved.

I immediately got online and was hit in the face with hundreds of stories just like ours.

She calls me to tell me about how her sister got scammed.Long story short, she thought she was selling her house and getting the loan out of her name.
