The sad thing is that most investors would probably find themselves a better match on here than they would on most sites that are built for dating.

And yes, people don't care and don't see a problem until it affects them (sadly).

We closed 8/15 and should sell 3/15 sadly for $182k.

Sadly, we are 2-weeks behind on our renovation (#1 above) due primarily to scope creep ... we had to replace 28' of external wall: 12' due to rot from a leaky penetration for a though wall air conditioner; another 16' due to improper framing when the unit was first converted from a garage/workshop into an apartment {long before we bought the building}.

@Deb Cook sad, but your experience is not that uncommon with ANY insurance company.

Whenever we are involved in an eviction, emotions run high and it’s a very sad and dangerous time.When we are new in this business we have a tendency to make a lot of mistakes and that’s only natural.
