The only thing the lien holder is entitled to is recovery of the amounts represented by the lien (including fees and interest, etc) not the property.Does a lien holder have to initiate foreclosure?

My concern is that though I will be gaining the benefits of starting small; the time, energy and focus that will be required will probably hamper, or possible divert the progress of going for what I logically and intuitively see as a more worthy investment strategy (100+ unit apartments) for myself.

Then he would tell the client that he needed XX amount to get started on the project (usually around 20% of the total job) and then he would invite you to stop by the job site to see progress. this was where it became carefully scripted.

OK....im still up in the air with my decision.Nationwide turned me down, Allstate turned me down, Progressive said they don't do a very good job with multi-family...I called another local insurance guy and he says he has some good sources for aggressive multi-family insurance deals.
