However, we get the last laugh, as the thing has almost doubled in value and is still appreciating.3) Numerous times over the years we have had to tell managers and selling agents to take good photos, not lousy ones which make the garage door the main feature of the image.   

What seems to be the fairly consistent theme is to get educated on the industry and the numerous ways to invest/make money.

I'm a newbie in the "REI" world (although I've read countless books on the subject, listened to numerous BP podcasts, attended several webinars, etc) I've yet to actually pull off my 1st deal...             

Don't get me wrong, there are numerous investors on here who are experts in the 30k-50k price range.

I would also like to establish a relationship with an experienced investor that is open to having me involved in the numerous aspects of RE investing.
