The good news is that with buying a facility already in business, that serves as a track record.  

In fact, rich areas get robbed as well but it doesn't make the news like bad areas do.And as for radios being stolen right at the show...

Hopefully we can get some good news when we talk to the zoning dept, this is a killer deal if we can find a way to subdivide.

I'am so happy, brought a vacant lot in Newport News, Va from Wells Fargo REO Dept. $2900, about to build a house on it and sale it.

Good news is that after discussions with my mortgage broker & agent, my interest rate is locked until 10/11, but there would have to be a fee ($500 if closing 10/1, but $1K if pushed to 10/11), so this is definitely on the sellers to cover regardless.

They are always paying late fees, bouncing checks, and not planning ahead.The good news is that after the crash, I was able to pick up some awesome deals that are now worth way more.

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) lost - 78 basis points from last Friday's close which caused 30 year fixed rates to move higher from the prior week.MBS were under pressure all week (which drives mortgage rates upward) on three factors: First, we had some very strong economic news with ISM Manufacturing and Servicing, Auto Sales and a positive tone in the Fed's Beige Book.

So the good news is I already have a target property.Now, I need to figure out what home work I need to do.First, I need to find all the parties the current owner owes that could lay claim on the property right?
