Did you network with another member and make deals?

I found this website just a few days ago and have been sifting through all the posts and has helped me out a great deal. the plan is to start as whole saling by creating my buyers list while im searching for deals. after my first deal going with an LLC and net working with the people i meet that i call from newspaper and other venue's.

I'm 23 and have been in a rut lately, I have an AA degree, and a computer networking degree, I dont have a bachelors/masters.

just curious.how did you network to have all these people banging down your door?

So for those who are thinking about waiting, I can tell you from experience don't do it, you're only leaving your own fortune on the table by waiting.I'm active now and have a lot of potential deals working through information from the network of investors that has grown up around me.
