I will try and keep this brief the situationbought 4 SFR on one lot (found portfolio lending it)  in dec of 14 for 235k all occupied but we will only focus on 2 right nowhouse Acurrent inherited rent 1100 for a 3bd good tenants pay reasonably on time by the 5th every month. semi retired been in the home for 7 yrs take really good care of the home and property but no longer need the three beds. now on a month to month with no rent increase over the same 7 yrshouse B inherited rent was 950 for a 2bd on turn over I rented it in one week for 1150 per month to a solid tenant.

I saw a auto parts store that was only a year old, made of concrete block and steel get knocked to the ground and the place next to it that was maybe 10 yrs old sitting there without a scatch.

Honestly unless you are renting some high end unit I would stay away from stainless.Another thing is that I try not to have an appliance older than 8-10 yrs on turnover.

If so I should really reconsider…@ JoelIt is 100 yrs old, I have policy lined up that will be costing me $1,750/yr as is, if I upgrade the electrical service it will be closer to $1,100.

not accurate. example : if your occupation is an accountant and you have been employed in IT industry lets say Dell inc for 8 yrs…and you just have switched companies and started working as AN ACCOUNTANT in puzzle factory ..there is nothing wrong here.

i started with regular quicken, but quickly outgrew it and got the PM version, which is great (has lots of bugs and issues).I do most of the inputs and i'd have to learn it. wifey is super opposed to it since she used it at her old job 10 yrs ago and hated the double entry system.
