I also have my real-estate liscense currently in referral status and want to reinstate it. 

Now the realtor says that since he has to relist it (which it should have been put in pending status instead of sold status imo) that I would need to sign another 6 month listing agreement.

I know I can get documents from the Ontario land transfer office that will state current owner and mortgage company, but it doesn't state the status of the mortgage.

This feels appealing, because I can keep a lot of things close to the status quo.

@James Spevak  just getting your Real Estate License does not qualify you for a "Real Estate Professional" status. 

I did not consider potential extensions due to active duty status.
