The houses that are on some of the lots just need to be torn down, no value in fixing them up, and an entire block is vacant land ready to be built on, but the way the properties connect together, could make an excellent townhouse or modular (not manufactured) scenario.

I have not had any issues when following manufactures guidelines for install over quite a few years now at a number of properties.

I'm wondering if this new development will bring in potential for more manufacturing centers/distribution centers, or if it will scare off future development of any kind (residential/commercial etc).

I believe the manufactures are in the rental business, if it's feasible for a even a small fleet like 6, I'd say they'd already be there.

They used both new manufactured units and modular units on this project. 

Hi Patrick, Due to some issues with manufacturers defects and previous laws there is a very small availability of Condos and Townhomes in Colorado.

People want close-in, relatively "affordable" housing as city's become more in favor simply because we are moving away from a city based manufacturing country(dirty and low wage) and into a services country("green" and high wage). 

I think it still has a bit of a stigma (unfairly deserved) probably because many people confuse it with manufactured housing.

Our realtor has suggested having the seller move the manufactured home off the property while it is being appraised and closed on.
