Listening to the BP podcast I found out about Seller Financing and figured I could make this work by negotiating the down payment and getting financed without a bank How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Since then, I caught the REI bug, listening to the BP podcast on my work commute, buying and reading real estate investing books and telling everyone I know that I am getting into Real estate investing.

It is worth every dime you would spend to make sure that you are correct vs making a mistake by listening to someone you thought new from this forum based upon their opinion.
