@Laurence Obi - there are plenty of people on here (Myself, @Dave Foster, and others) that can talk you through a 1031 exchange and how it works, and why it is so valuable.

Hi @Cameron Foster,First thing I would do is to search for the property in your local municipality's building department to find any history of permits pulled for permission to build that addition.

Sometimes a phone coversation isnt enough - you need to interact, tour, maybe even make offers, to find out if the person you are working with is who you need Soooooo nope.  

Every time you order your pizza online rather than picking up the phone and dialing or, heaven forbid, pick it up in person, you miss out on an opportunity to interact with other human beings.
