If you are buying property "on the open market", ie; lots of buyers and sellers, you WILL NOT PROFIT.You must find the true MOTIVATED SELLER.

I belive I have found a good mentor who is in need of some reliable and motivated help.

He just gives me alot of insight as well as alot of motivation.

I am highly motivated and anxious to get started and would appreciate mentoring/advice on where the best places I can start networking with investor buyers and sellers for these properties.

Like I saw in this post or another one regarding Rich Dad Company, the books were great motivators and educational material at a conceptual level.

I am so motivated right now that I cant sleep but I cant think what I can be doing right now towards real estate.
