Now, I have just downloaded the several resources that come with the introduction of being PRO!

They have a decent selection of downloadable eBooks and audiobooks with many that are mentioned in the podcasts (including Think & Grow Rich, which is excellent).   

If you haven't, download one of the free credit monitors so you can get an idea.

First thing you need to do is go on line and down load all your state landlord tenant regulations and learn them.

I believe you get 5 free downloads a week. 

Account Closed here in Florida, we would not need to put in one, but you should download a copy of the Landlord tenant act from NJ and familiarize yourself with it

I took that option as they said it's easier to get the money back from them than from the state.I called the number on the form and spoke to a nice guy at the revenue department who told me to just file the CRT-101 form (I think he told me that), and they'd issue a new clean tax cert so that the title company could release my money.Well I just went to download the form and they're very complex and non-intuitive.

Is it possible to download the podcasts to my tablet to listen too later when i do not have internet access?

It has its limitations, in that their Housing Price Index is based on the movement of single-family properties with mortgages purchased by Fannie & Freddie Mac, but it does go back to 1975 (where available), by Zip Codes (scroll down on the above link till you see "Five-Digit ZIP Codes" and download the Excel file.
