The property is already appearing to be in good condition for its age so I don't see any value add opportunities.Call the park, find out the rent and what restrictions they may have regarding renting.

The last version I saw was going to keep it deed restricted as affordable at the 110% ami level.

In my option, if you start with something more economical and less restrictive to build, such as Tiny Houses and Air Stream campers, I think you can be on to something good.  

I'm a Houston local currently renting in the Heights area.

It has adequate ceiling height and is very big.

Hello all,I am new to the area I plan to be investing in, and I am looking for recommendations for contractors to handle residential rehabs (primarily SFRs) that serve the Tri-Cities area of Virginia (Colonial Heights, Petersburg, Hopewell). 

There are no prepayment penalties and no restrictions on what you can do with the proceeds of the 401k loan.

They've just adopted a bunch of restrictive declarations aimed squarely at landlords.I don't have a lot of the details but apparently there is a rental fee charged by the HOA and higher fines for rentals if they violate the CC&Rs.
