It's inspiring to see others make the move on their first investment and have it work out, whether its a homerun or a single I think the point is to just get out there and go for it.

But being a part of ALFs is not an easy job since one has to work hard, it can either be done just to earn money or if one is genuinely interested in helping the elderly.

She isn't planning to come home, though she has a house here with a mortgage.I genuinely want to help her out while she is still alive, and of course I would have an interest in acquiring her house after she dies (no family to pass it on to that I'm aware of).
