As much i thought my 5 hour California broker exam was some work, it does not compare to the rigor of passing the CPA exam.In the north Atlanta area, I do see a great void of CPAs who specialize working with investors and have great in depth knowledge in real estate taxes.

I think of these other coins as penny stocks and as I am a gambler I bought them as a gamble and if I sold today would be what.....a 2000% return not bad lol when bitcoin hit 2k this year I started watching again.

Yes, my PM tracks all income and expenses for each door separately as part of their management services, and a detailed financial spreadsheet is provided for me.I imagine that most BP members probably don’t have the size or depth of a portfolio such as what you own.

If, on the other hand, there are multiple Sales agents that each PM a few of their own client's properties, with shared accounting/closing and admin assistants, they are not as likely to have the depth of PM knowledge and experience, which is wildly different from the sales experience.
