Different printing techniques use different materials, so a complex object like electronics will remain out of reach for quite some time.While not exactly a feature of an apartment itself, the "new urban" idea of having a variety of services nearby is attractive, IMHO.

When I have a rental, I always stage it with dishes, flowers and nick naks.

Frame the right edge with a groundcover or some annuals (annuals are easonal flowers - inexpensive to get a whole flat of all the same).  

@George P. thanks for that comment I will definitely look into those thread @Richard Dunlop is this something you faced in regard to the wide variety of home available that George discussed?

I started with 30 year notes but transitioned to 15 year notes a couple years in for a variety of reasons.

I love being able to throw a question out to the BP community, and get a variety of solid responses.

You can even get colored varieties of grasses if they work in your area.

The suggestion would be to call a Commercial Mortgage Broker because typically have a variety of products and can lend to out of state borrowers.
