Perhaps you could check it out and find something positive to put your energy towards.If the fish aren't biting in the pond where you fish, perhaps it makes more sense to find another pond to fish in than continuing to drag worms through an empty pond complaining about the "real life" situation?

LOL many would think we are nuts because I could have gotten at least 50% financing and a few year ago I probably could have taken that deal down with only 1mil in cash.. but for me right now my guts are tightening ..

I hope every working person and small business that was reasonably conservative up until this hit survives and can thrive on the other side of the tunnel...my brother in law fish's in Alasaka every spring early summer.. he can get to anchorage but cant get to the town they go out of..

But not quite...Your revenue (rents) and your expenses are also likely going to rise over time, so this has to be taken into consideration.Lastly, this all goes nuts when you introduce a loan/leverage.
