Pittsburgh is a great place to get started because there are so many areas that are affordable to get into and generate a positive return.

Haven't seen activity increase like crazy but I think end of August(after school starts) activity will increase before the Winter

At 4.5 stars, you are really hurting in a very competitive market so you might consider redoing the pics, more themed kids bedrooms and start over.

Starting bids look like $1000, median sales price $1600.   

But this is starting to change as I'm currently pricing DSCR rental loans at or below 7%.
