This debit card can be reloaded with cash at Walmart and many other stores (7-Eleven, Family Dollar, CVS, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, etc, etc).

Is it possible that the trees roots might damage a near by fence or anything? 

We had to keep the footprint and a certain percentage of the old material to keep the tree police happy.

They also recommend the 3 foot/6 foot rule.... keep shrubs no higher than 3 feet and trim branches off trees from the ground up to six feet, so they are harder to hide behind.
