Your thought is pretty accurate there are other factors that would come into account like access to plumbing, electric, ease of accessibility for the work.

It's all the same, whether it is individual contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.) or a property manager.  

now the last 30 homes I did last year in this one development I dont think any of them have an electric car but they appreciate it being pre wired for the time they buy one which in the next 5 to 10 years will for sure change.. 

You will see a lot of interest from smaller and less established business owners who may not have the staying power.

In order to do this, you either have to build your own power team with boots on the ground, or partner with someone in the investment area that already has that PT set up.
