I am still debating to get 1 or 2 units. 

I am not here to get into a debate about f it is morally right, but that is how it is.

Like they are debating with me.

Both LLC and Trusts can be set up in a way to make it difficult for an attorney to find you and in theory protect your personal assets home, auto, etc from the LLC assets.You could debate swapping #3 & #4 but either way you look at it they come after the first 2.

Anyone who wants to debate this with me can bring it on as I have seen almost all of the sold duplex to quad properties.  

I am debating between offering my ideal offer right off the bat, then if they decline/counter with something unreasonable, I will walk away.
