What is the best cameras to use when taking video / pictures of your property for sale or rent?

I didn't want to go to a different bank because I wasn't their customer.  

My background is in any customer facing business, particularly restaurants (yes I am a people person and can BS with the best), however I am also great with technology particularly social media (Twitter, Facebook and facebook ads).

Now he's facing stiff competition from the other outlets, because he cannot keep up with the trends & demands of his customers..

I always attach to my offer (and have the seller sign) a customized Addendum to my P&S Agreement.

I'm about to turn it off because so many cheaper options are available now.If what they're offering is custom development, it's not a terrible price.
