If there are multiple draws, having specific goals for each draw seems reasonable to me.Micromanaged would be telling you what kind of tile to use and what color paint to use.Pulling title updates should not be expensive.

So if you find a home that has a lot of the have to haves and even want to haves don’t overlook it because you don’t like the paint color or type of fixture.
