If there are multiple draws, having specific goals for each draw seems reasonable to me.Micromanaged would be telling you what kind of tile to use and what color paint to use.Pulling title updates should not be expensive.  

We get forced equity through fixing cheap fixes that turn people off (bad wall color etc) and going through the short sale process (5-15% cheaper)!

So if you find a home that has a lot of the have to haves and even want to haves don’t overlook it because you don’t like the paint color or type of fixture.

I have a colorful background meaning I have built Custom Houses/Apartments/Condos from the ground up for 4 years, got my Home Inspection Licence, the wife is PMP certified, and I currently work in an Investment Bank in the IT Department.

I love the floors and the gray/white color scheme.

I also implemented a bold accent color that we apply to one wall, or a fireplace.

As I said my current PC is colored card stock with text.

I would like a book that recommends what projects to work on first, what paint colors to choose, what carpet to buy, etc.
