I'm new to investing and wholesaling and am interested in finding a coach/mentor to learn from and get a good start.

Their mastery class is fro 20K to $34,000 a year for coaching. we will not invest that money right now into that program.I would rather put that money down on my second home and rehab another home.I restored a craftsman house in LA in 2002 with a renovation loan with a bank.

It was a local investor selling coaching services.

I know they are funneling people into their $35k "Diamond Package" coaching/class/blah blah combo, but I was able to ascertain from my "strategist" Rob that this company's inner circle does in fact buy Tax liens/deeds.

@Adam Vodanovich Do you know any one in the area that could be a good mentor or coach that I could learn from?

He's also a paid coach, but has been donating his time and expertise on BP for years.  

Here is just a few: I've went from breasts to bottles, from being carried around to crawling, from crawling to walking, walking to running, running to flipping, flipping to wrestling, wrestling to football, football to graduating high school, high school to soldier, soldier to paratrooper, paratrooper to husband, husband to father, father to coach, coach to tech worker, tech worker to author, author to college graduate, college graduate to business man.

While some of the info might be ok, the purpose of the free seminar is to get you to the paid seminars, then then longer seminars, then the $15,000 coaching program.  

I have a question for you, a few years ago per direction by coaches, mentors etc. we formed an LLC here in California for the purpose of using it in our real estate business.  

From what I've learned from the posts...the seminar contents are ok to excellent, there's a lot of upsell in other programs, the coaching is expensive.
