I think the moral of the story is "Buy Right".  

If the plan works, the idea is more jobs and spending will help boost supply but mostly demand. 

I do not understand why some enterprising individual has not offered there services to landlords to strategically "remove" these tenants.There must be some morally flexable landlords that would be interested in paying less than 100K to get these people out.  

I have 31 units and I self manage and while this is a business, we deal with peoples lives and have legal and moral responsibilities that come with that.
