Your and their expectations rarely match up, and it can cost you more in the end if he/she does a poor job or catches the eye of the city because of a half painted house for weeks.

Each city is seeing a fall in revenue from the taxes from hotels so they are doing everything they can to get that money back.

A friend is an executor dealing with a property in Catheral City in Riverside County which I understand is near Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. 

Now, if you are looking towards the Forestdale/Adamsville areas of Jefferson County or actually north of the city limits of Birmingham, there certainly are good B neighborhoods.

So I'm a new investor in the Oklahoma City area but I live in Fort Worth Texas so my info on Okc is limited.

In other words, does it matter where the biggest chunk of our money lies, whether it be in the home we live in or the one we rent out?

I want to know the financial ins and out on purchasing my first property as well as how to find the right home that will yield the biggest profit.
