Hello,So I rented one of my room in my 3 bed 2 bath condo to a guy on a month to month lease in IL.According to the law he should have given 30 days notice before vacating the property.

I heard on one of the podcasts that there's some sort of line of credit...not sure if this is for all commercial banks, and if so, maybe then it would probably be best for investors to go with the commercial loan?

Dead branches over the property line are the responsibility of that owner . if you trimmed them you would be trespassing on anothers property
