Hello,So I rented one of my room in my 3 bed 2 bath condo to a guy on a month to month lease in IL.According to the law he should have given 30 days notice before vacating the property. 

I heard on one of the podcasts that there's some sort of line of credit...not sure if this is for all commercial banks, and if so, maybe then it would probably be best for investors to go with the commercial loan? 

Just goals for property owning down the line.

Are the numbers and timeframe roughly in line though?

then they will eventually take a haircut down the line... but I have had no luck figuring out when that will be before the other guy.agents and sellers ALWAYS get pissy about low offers. 

It can be handled on line you need to claim you pay in cash etc.

Everything is broken down by the price of a line item in a given zip code.

Im a newbie to this Market, I have a property but it still have the owner belongings in it (sofas bedding ransack everywhere etc).

Dead branches over the property line are the responsibility of that owner . if you trimmed them you would be trespassing on anothers property

Do you pick line item by line item yourself, hoping you captured everything?
