I visit Montana frequently, and have been looking at Kalispell and Helena areas.

I’ve seen a few duplexes in the woodlands and Conroe, so they do exist, but not frequently tris and quads.

@Peter Halliday - We see notes with foreclosure already filed for sale frequently. 

I needed to do something like this for myself and will need these as frequent reminders while I also have a full time job.

Let the tenant know with the animal in the property that you will be doing frequent inspections.

@Doug Watts and I have been setting up real estate meetups for the past 6 months or so and are at the point where inviting speakers to our monthly meetup would be the next step in growing this group to a sizable audience that can bounce ideas off one another and provide help to others who may be dealing with a situation that someone else has already been through and came out ahead, or learned a valuable lesson.
