First reassessment when closing under my name, and then second reassessment when transferring the title to a LLC  , all happening within 30 days in the same year.Any advice would be appreciated. 

Some investors focus on appreciation and we like appreciation when it happens.

Owning a property that will only appreciate over time is not a bad place to he in if you’re OK with being a landlord.
